Connect Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, or any IMAP mailbox - every connected mailbox is scanned on each run.

Choose where each mailbox's tasks go: its own list (Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do), another mailbox's list, or Todoist / Notion. Picking Todoist or Notion asks for that app's token right there. This also gives mail-only mailboxes (iCloud / IMAP) a place for tasks.

Keywords are filled in automatically from the people you add; you can add your own too. Check "Invite contact to events?" on a person to add them as a guest when LAura creates a matching event. Family is edited above.

When LAura creates a task, event, or draft from an email, or you handle it in "Worth a look", it marks that email read in your mailbox. Works for Outlook and IMAP right away.

Choose which tabs appear on the phone home, and in what order. Use the arrows to reorder, and the switch to hide a tab you don't use. At least one tab always stays visible.

Your email is read in memory and never stored - we keep only counts of what was created on each run. Your sign-in credentials are encrypted with a key kept separate from our database.
