The things people ask first.
Will LAura read or store my email?
It reads your recent mail in memory during a run and discards it immediately. We keep no copy of your subjects, senders, or body text. The only thing saved is a count of what was created.
Which mailboxes does it work with?
Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, and any IMAP mailbox (Fastmail, Yahoo, your own domain, and more). LAura works through the mailbox you already have, so there's nothing new to set up.
Will it send emails or do things without me?
No. Replies are written as drafts for you to send, and LAura never sends on its own. Tasks and events it creates can be removed with one click, and you can switch on approve-first mode to review everything before it's created.
How often does it run?
On a schedule you choose, as often as every 15 minutes, or less frequently if you prefer. It works quietly in the background; turn on the daily digest to get a morning summary by email.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every item it creates has a one-click undo. You can pause it, disconnect a mailbox, or delete all your data at any time, instantly and permanently.
Do I need to install anything?
Nothing. You sign in, set a few preferences, and LAura runs on its own. There's no app to check and no inbox to babysit.
