ACCEPTANCE
By connecting a mailbox and using LAura, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use LAura.
WHAT LAURA DOES
LAura connects to the mailboxes you authorize, reads recent email, and creates tasks, calendar events, and draft replies to help you keep up. It acts automatically on a schedule you control, and everything it creates can be reviewed and undone.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use LAura. By using it, you confirm that you are, and that any mailbox you connect is yours or one you are authorized to use.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Use LAura only for lawful purposes and your own mailboxes. Do not use it to send spam, to access accounts you do not control, to break any law, or to interfere with or attempt to breach the service.
YOUR MAILBOX AND YOUR CONTENT
You grant LAura permission to access the mailboxes and calendars you connect, only to provide the service. You keep all rights to your data. You can revoke this permission any time by disconnecting the mailbox or deleting your data in Settings.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
LAura relies on third parties such as your email provider (Google, Microsoft, or your IMAP host), AI providers, and Stripe for billing. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. See our Privacy Policy for which providers may process your data.
PLANS AND BILLING
LAura offers a free tier, a paid plan, and a no-card trial. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
NO WARRANTY
LAura is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It uses AI, which can make mistakes, miss things, or misread an email. You are responsible for reviewing the tasks, events, and draft replies it creates before you rely on or send them. LAura is a helper, not a substitute for your own judgment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAura and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost data, missed messages, or actions taken based on what LAura created. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
TERMINATION
You can stop using LAura and delete your data or account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated, or if we stop offering the service, and will make a reasonable effort to let you know.
CHANGES
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use LAura after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
